All Coswick products are manufactured from natural wood. Materials used in the production process are selected based on strict requirements for ecological safety. Finished products are regularly tested for formaldehyde content.

According to European standard EN14342 formaldehyde emissions of Coswick flooring corresponds to E1 class. The whole range of Coswick products meets NAUF and ULEF requirements, as per American CARB ASTM standard. It means that the level of emissions of volatile substances of Coswick flooring is similar to the one of natural wood.

All timber used for flooring production is harvested using clean felling procedures and environmentally responsible practices that do not lead to reduction in oak and ash forests. Coswick works closely with local forestries, organizations and institutions with the aim to protect and maintain the environment and forest reserves.

100% of manufacturing waste as sawdust or wood chips is recycled, either burned in boilers for heating kiln dryers or pressed into wood briquettes, which are widely used as fuel for home heating.
